Rules of service, responsibilities of the parties, and limitations of liability for predictive maintenance and rotor balancing services.
Royiversen.com Rotating Machinery provides predictive vibration analysis, dynamic rotor balancing, and multi-station laser shaft alignment for industrial cooling fans and induction motors. All services are performed on-site at client facilities unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each service engagement is defined by a work order that specifies the equipment to be inspected, the diagnostic methods to be used (piezoelectric accelerometers, spectrum analysis, dual-laser alignment systems), and the deliverable reports. No work outside the scope of a signed work order will be performed without a separate written amendment.
The client must provide safe access to the equipment, including lockout/tagout procedures, adequate lighting, and clearance from hazardous energy sources. The client is responsible for ensuring that the machinery is shut down and isolated prior to the arrival of Royiversen technicians.
The client shall supply, at its own cost, any required permits, safety equipment, or site-specific training needed for Royiversen personnel to perform the work. Failure to provide a safe working environment may result in immediate suspension of services without refund.
Royiversen.com Rotating Machinery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profits, downtime costs, or damage to equipment arising from the use or inability to use the diagnostic data or alignment adjustments provided.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific work order giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Royiversen does not guarantee that vibration analysis or alignment will prevent all future failures. The diagnostic process identifies existing conditions and trends; it does not predict sudden catastrophic events caused by material defects, operator error, or external factors beyond our control.
All vibration data, alignment measurements, reports, and analysis generated during the course of service are the property of Royiversen.com Rotating Machinery. The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the reports for internal maintenance planning and regulatory compliance.
Royiversen may anonymize and aggregate diagnostic data for the purpose of improving its algorithms, training materials, and industry benchmarking. No client-identifying information will be disclosed in any public publication without prior written consent.
Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified in the work order. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled on-site visit may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated service charge. Royiversen reserves the right to cancel any engagement if site conditions are unsafe or if the client fails to meet its responsibilities as outlined above.
These terms may be updated by Royiversen.com Rotating Machinery at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via the email address on file. Continued use of services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Royiversen will return any client-provided data within 30 days of termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
